Programme Structure

Our programme philosophy is focused on practical application, so leaders are equipped with not only the tools, but the mindset and habits to make meaningful change in their leadership. The programme has 3 core elements:

  1. Face-to-face interactive and practical workshops to help leaders put tools and concepts into practice. These are anchored in your strategic leadership context and focused on real leadership challenges and conversations.

  2. A 360 degree assessment of adaptive leadership capability to measure an initial baseline and progress after 6 months, supported by leadership coaching to identify strengths and development points, and create accountability for change.

  3. Leadership actions to apply and practice skills in between workshops to embed new skills and elicit real change. Leaders work individually on their own development and in groups on real business problems. By the conclusion of the programme leaders have built their own system to further embed their learning and sustain positive change.
